Whether you shop at our physical boutique or online, we want you to feel comfortable and find your perfect fit.

Returns & Exchanges

Bras may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, either at our physical boutique or via courier.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the bra must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tag attached.

For hygiene reasons, panties and thongs cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Thong – ₪99

• Brazilian Brief – ₪149

Refunds & Cancellation Fees

Refunds are processed in accordance with our website’s refund policy and applicable Israeli law.

Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100, whichever is lower.
